Thanks, that would be really great to have. How did you solve the
problem of the multiprocessing view thread that does not properly
construct all objects in the run method, with only simple fields passed
in to the constructor? That's what I got stuck on. I didn't understand
this requirement in multiprocessing at that time so it was very
mysterious and could not see how to defer the object construction.

I am doing reactive changes. Fixing errors as I encounter them. I was able to get view.py running for now. I shall update as I continue working on other scripts. |

As python 2.7 is no longer supported in opencv, I tried to port the code to python 3 and latest opencv. Tested only on view and export. Other scripts are not tested.
