This repository, TMB_plotter, is no longer maintained. Its functionality has been incorporated into the SigProfilerPlotting repository.
Why is this repository deprecated?
plotTMB function has been incorporated to SigProfilerPlotting offering an updated and more comprehensive solution for plotting the tumor mutational burden of signatures in samples. It builds upon and extends the functionality of TMB_plotter and is integrated with other current SigProfilerTools, making this repository redundant and out-of-date.
