Winget package not up to date

The version of BasiliskLLM on Winget is 0.1a9, and the latest stable release is 0.1a10.

Thanks for this report. It looks like @dyaminigo attempted to submit an update in microsoft/winget-pkgs#278377. However, due to versioning semantics, the system considers 0.1a9 to be greater than 0.1a10, which prevents the update from being recognized. We'll publish a new version soon to resolve it.
