Export Mod url list

Motivation

Currently it is possible to get a modlist of the running server through a command from neoforge. This spits out a csv. It would be great if this mod could generate a file containing all the download urls it already fetches from modrinth and curseforge. This would make using these links in other tools very convenient instead of having to manually go search for all the download links.

Other tools, meaning what? In which format do you need it besides the extension being csv?

Oh just the plain links in no particular format, I only brought up the neoforge feature to explain why I can't use that. And other Tools like this one for example: https://github.com/Mikedeejay2/CurseforgeDownloader
