Tag for 1.1.3 is missing

Hi! I'm currently doing a rebuild of the solidpython package for Arch Linux. I noticed that there is no tag for 1.1.3 corresponding with the 1.1.3 release on pypi.org.

@etjones Can you please add it? :)
