Defuse shortcut

since the name for reseting timer is Defuse i personally like to see Ctrl+D as a shortcut for it not Ctrl+R i was confused too much at first when i started using this timer

I mean its like R for restart/reload? Yes it makes much more sense when its D for defuse but whatevs. I'm actually thinking of remaking this because its so buggy so I'll think about it
