Test_json_clips has failing test cases

Currently 188 out of 304 test cases fail. This could either be issues in pyoblib or it could be that the test cases themselves are not accurate reflections of anticipated results. Either way they should be resolved such that the number is 0 failures. Once this is done the test case logic should be updated such that Travis fails when test_json_clips fails (currently it just prints the results). Please note that this issue does not stop pyoblib from being used, rather it just reflects that validation is not as tight as expected.
