Add SBOL 3 example using VariableFeature #35
Description
There are no examples in SBOLTestSuite/SBOL3 that include the VariableFeature class, which is new to SBOL 3.0.1. We should add one. An example file is available, or a new one can be generated. This will help to make testing of implementations more complete.
