Collaboration Proposal: IFRS 17 Open-Source Tool for Emerging Markets

First of all — thank you for making the IFRS 17 Calculation Engine open-source. It's an incredible contribution to the actuarial and accounting community.
Who I Am
I'm Nematulla Karimov, Chairman of the Chamber of Auditors of Uzbekistan. I work daily with international auditing and financial reporting standards across Central Asia.
What I'm Building
I've started a new open-source project aimed at creating a comprehensive IFRS 17 automation tool — covering methodology, calculations, and automated reporting/disclosures:

Why
In emerging markets (Central Asia, Middle East, Africa), many insurance companies and audit firms cannot afford commercial IFRS 17 solutions. There is a real need for:

A transparent, validated calculation engine
Automated generation of IFRS 17 disclosures (paragraphs 98–132)
Support for all three measurement models (GMM, PAA, VFA)
User-friendly interface for non-developer professionals

How Your Project Fits In
Your Calculation Engine is the most complete open-source IFRS 17 implementation available. I see it as a natural foundation for what I'm building. Specifically, I'd like to:

Build on top of your engine — adding reporting and disclosure layers
Extend with practical templates — for real-world insurance company data
Add localization — documentation in Russian, Uzbek, and other languages
Create validation test cases — based on actual audit engagement scenarios

Would you be open to collaboration or advisory involvement?
Are there any plans to extend the engine with reporting/disclosure features?
Would you consider cross-referencing our projects?

I believe together we can make IFRS 17 implementation truly accessible worldwide.
