Make Status Area Scrollable

The Status Area on the bottom right only displays the status message.
An important message could quicly be overwritten by another one before the user notices it.
We could make the Status Area scrollable (no need to display the slider), and so the user can scroll through the status messages.

We may also want the vertical scroll bars to be visible only when the mouse enters the corresponding panel.

We could also consider expanding the component when the user hovers over it to create more scrollable space.

@saumya-pailwan brought up an interesting point. There are currently not many different status messages and they are not very descriptive, so what is the point of scrolling?

Maybe we could add time stamps and more descriptive messages, i.e., which model was loaded, or what type of error occurred.
