[US-033] App Store and Google Play submission

User Story

As a product manager,
I want the Liemo app submitted and approved on both stores,
So that users in PH and KW can download it at launch.

Acceptance Criteria

• iOS app submitted via App Store Connect (TestFlight first)
• Android app submitted via Google Play Console (internal → closed → open testing)
• App store listings complete: description (EN + AR), screenshots, preview video
• Privacy policy URL included in store listing
• Age rating: 4+ (iOS), Everyone (Android)
• App approved with no critical rejections
