Description
User Story
As a user in either country,
I want to switch between the PH and KW markets,
So that I see stores and content relevant to my region.
Acceptance Criteria
- Region picker in onboarding and profile settings
- Auto-detect region from device locale / timezone on first launch
- Switching region updates: feed, search results, currency display
- User's region preference saved to profile
- Cross-region stores can opt in to show in both regions
