Major Update: Automated Builds and Repository Restructuring

The TaurusTLS Developers are excited to announce significant improvements to the OpenSSL-Distribution repository!

To ensure faster updates, better security, and broader platform support, we have transitioned from manual binary commits to a fully automated CI/CD Build Pipeline.

Key Changes:

• Binaries moved to Releases: The binaries/ directory in the source tree will no longer contain binary files. Instead, all pre-compiled binaries will be published exclusively to the Releases Page. This significantly reduces repository bloat and ensures you always get a clean download.
• Automated Builds: Binaries are now compiled automatically via GitHub Actions directly from official OpenSSL source code. This ensures reproducibility and security.
• Supported Versions Only: We are aligning our distribution policy with the upstream OpenSSL lifecycle. We will only build and distribute currently supported OpenSSL versions (OpenSSL 3.x). End-of-Life (EOL) versions will no longer be published.

What do I need to do?
If your scripts or submodules point directly to the binaries/ folder in this repository, please update them to download the zip/tar.gz artifacts from the Latest Release instead.

We believe this new infrastructure will provide a much more reliable foundation for your applications.
