[Bug]: Can't import FBX

Expected behavior?

Hey hey, I can't load/import fbx into texttools anymore. It worked before without any problems. I import the model.fbx into texttools and everything was fine.

Actual behavior?

Hey hey, I can't load/import fbx into texttools anymore. I literally tried everything. I reinstall texttools and also my game, I try to start texttools as admin and also load files from save storings. But everytime it says:

The current texttools version I have is 3.0.9.5,.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Saved fbx from blender like always.
2. tried to upload the fbx into texttools.
3. FBX Importer tried to start but nothing happened. (I waited for like 30 Minutes)
4. I X the process and tried again - then the error 102 showed up.

What aspect of FFXIV TexTools were you using, and what Item were you interacting with?

Component: (Full model viewer, Item Converter, Importer, Modpack Creator (and which one), etc)
Item: (Gear, Race, Furnishing, etc)

Has this has been confirmed as an actual bug?
