[Bug] Dashboard: "Failed to load server data" error when opening server panel

When opening the Miku dashboard for a server, the page fails to load the server data and shows an error message.

The dashboard displays:

Failed to load server data
The server may not have Miku or the API is unavailable.

This happens even when the bot is already present in the server.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Miku dashboard
2. Select a server where the bot is installed
3. Open the server dashboard page

Expected Behavior

The dashboard should successfully load the server data and show the configuration panel.

Actual Behavior

The dashboard shows an error message and the server data does not load.

Possible Causes

• API endpoint may not be responding
• Server ID may not be passed correctly to the API
• Bot may not be syncing guild data with the dashboard
• Authentication or token issue between dashboard and API

Where exactly is this error even? In my case, it won't even show the servers which Miku is on.

Edit: To clarify, it doesn't detect which servers Miku is actually on. It just shows the add button for all of them, and clicking it causes another error (see my next comment).

Attempting to add the bot will result in an error json response from discord due to client id being undefined: "Value „undefined“ is not a snowflake."

that issue of github is seen on this link
The one that u saw that doesnt shows server and asks t invite is due to render
since api is hosted on render and render closes applications if it has a specific time of inactivity and it usually takes like 120-150 seconds to wake up back
unfortunately we cnat do anything to that but!!

• idk how it just loads normally after like 1 minute or two and shows leaderboard as normal but idk whats the another bug showing negative xps 😭

In that case, the server response error could be an infra problem.
I'll spin up a local instance to see whether the issue can be reproduced.

The issue is that since the Bot API (which the NextJS API route
is reaching out to) is hosted on a free tier Render plan, resulting in it going to sleep after a certain amount of time.
The Next API does not wait for the API to re-awaken and instead times out the request.

We can either move the prod API to a 24/7 host or plan, or we could implement a wait mechanism on the frontend, where a spinner or progress bar would be shown while the API is waking up.

I have no clue how Next.js works, so I am just going to leave this out here for someone who does.

An alternative approach would be having the Next.js modify the database directly on the server-side, removing the need to run a separate API. I honestly favor this approach, since it's one less app that needs maintaining.
