This causes an error (almost) everytime a stargate gets created by a addresser.

Additional context

• It very rarely does work correctly so it's not a full softlock, but close enough to one.
• For some people, the addresser resets if it couldn't successfully generate a stargate, for others it does not reset, staying a paper without an address.
• Another possible issue is that it does generate, but wrong, leading to eg
