With the release of Rails 8.0, there's a new project on the Getting Started page of the Rails Guides. It's no longer a blog app but a "store" app instead.

Given this, we should update the Blog App project (which used the previous Getting Started guide) to this new project.

Before starting work on this, there are a few details for maintainers to mull over (should the project be renamed? or should a new one take its place?). I'll edit this post with further details and requirements when they're decided on.
