RE4 Support

Investigate whether Resident Evil 4 (2023) would benefit from this plugin. Potential blocker: I don't own RE4 on Steam.

Resident Evil 4 (2023) does not have mouse acceleration or input damping. Enemies also seem to animate at or near full frame rate from far distances as well. Sensitivity doesn't seem to change with FOV and speed no longer scales relative to pitch.

Maybe someone else has a different experience, but I've sunk nearly 200 hours in RE4 '23 and it doesn't have the same KBM input oddities that 2 or 3 do.
