Introduction to VLSI

The course is offered by Lee, Chen-Yi.
Different from the past, there are only two labs in this course.
The other labs are in the VLSI labs.

Lab1

Spec

  1. Observe the driving strength of CMOS.
  2. Observe the transfer Characteristics of CMOS.
  3. Design a 2:1MUX + Tristate Buffer by hspice.
  4. (Bonus) Design a D flip-flop by hspice.
