add an ability to feed patchwork

Two options:

• getmail: connects to mail server and then feeds the mail to patchwork via parse_mail (script present in patchwork upstream bin/)
• cronjon: fetch archives daily and feed patchwork in a batch

We still need to figure out how to do cron:

• in a plain container
• in openshift
