Why unmapped to category error?

In the above query, why is it giving an unmapped to category error? It looks like it's mapped to Protein

@kennethbruskiewicz, this error should now be documented in the reasoner-validator code.yaml: it relates to a node_id namespace not being mapped onto the specified category. This may be tricky (I have to discuss this further with Sierra... since I'm not sure that Biolink ID mappings are properly inherited down the hierarchy?)

@cbizon, I'm asking @sierra-moxon about this, since I think this may relate to the lack of inheritance of id_prefixes namespaces down the Biolink Model is_a category hierarchy, e.g. Protein's don't inherit NCBIGene from 'Gene'.

Resolving this may be both a policy and BMT processing question (a.k.a. SRI Testing uses reasoner-validator which uses BMT for this ...)
