Need a fresh way to locally run a KP test data file without directly using the Translator SmartAPI Registry

There remains a need for KP test data curators to pre-test a local file before posting it for wider use by the community(?).

Could the MOCK registry idea be generalized - configure it external to the SRI module and point to it using an environmental variable

Could some kind of local web dashboard UI form be used to submit _ad hoc_ test data for a test run
