Radio clean-up and adapt to full scale

Although this belongs in the full-scale launch due date of March 8th, it will need to be done by the week of Jan 25.
TODO:

1. Clean up the code and make sure it would be easy to maintain
2. Write up documentation in Notion and as function headers
3. Remember to set the power for the radio to max
4. Talk to the electrical team about the new(?) radio for full scale.
