High FPS issues #145
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- disable vsync
- set fps limit to 300
Observed bugs, likely wasn't fixed for time delta at all or fixed imprecisely:
- Faster special bar shine wobble
- Faster main menu transitions
- Physics feel a bit floaty?
- balance is reported to be more difficult to handle
