Libraries missing in develop

As the lib folder has been removed from the develop-branch, the libraries are missing and the build of the analysis fails.

The libraries folder is now generated my maven, the only jar that maven doesn't handle so far is agent.jar.I will add the lib folder with agent.jar to make it work.
This develop branch is experimental so you can use master for now.
