Way of including the JS files

Currently directly included in the WebProtege.jsp which could be a problem.
Not sure how to inject them easily in another way yet.

Previously this was done by using the ScriptInjector. But the ScriptInjector injected identical files multiple times if several views were openened. This overwrote the previously injected global variables causing missing references.
