Is vantiv sdk still supported 

We got below error while trying to update vantiv credit card processing integration.

VantivException: Error with Https Request, Please Check Proxy and Url configuration

We tried to get new merchant credentials from https://developer.vantiv.com/community/ecommerce .But it is showing this link not exists .Please confirm.
