Add support for "OnTextColor" and "OffTextColor" to SegmentedButtonGroup

Setting the Label TextColor using the LabelStyle does not work for the SegmentedButtonGroup.

And I would rather have an overall option like the OnColor and OffColor options to override the Label TextColor for Active (ON) Segmented Buttons and Off.
