Need to choose where to write the temporary files generated by sailor

Hi,

I've install sailor on linux. It seems to work but it's trying to write the temporary files in /tmp and it can't. I tried to find where to change the location so that it can write in a directory in my home but I did not find where it's specified.

Could you please help me on that ?

I use sailor 1.2.0 with cwl for C-to-U edit.

Sometimes setting $TMP or $TMPDIR will let you choose where temp files go. You could also try modifying temp with cwl parameters, if you're using cwl: https://www.biostars.org/p/322837/
