Add a new action neuron that, when simulated, has a probability of damaging the nearest creature in front of the subject. This probability should be calculated from the neuron input value and the distance of the targeted creature, such that a creature too far away (ie. further than the subject vision range) cannot be damaged.

Once this action has bern triggered, the target should loose the corresponding amount of HP, and the subject should loose a certain amount of energy (based on some yet-unknown formula).

The damage value can also be based on the subject size and energy, as you wish.
