Welcome to the ZeroG Studio Q&A section. This category is dedicated solely to questions and answers regarding our projects, technology, and general studio operations. Please follow these guidelines to ensure rapid and effective communication for all users.
1. Posting a Question (The "Q")
Before creating a new discussion thread, ensure your question is well-structured and has not been answered previously.
Search First: Always use the search function to check if your question has already been asked or resolved. Avoid duplicating existing threads.
Clear Title: The title of your discussion should be a precise summary of your question (e.g., "How to compile Project-Nebula-Rider on Linux?" instead of "Help with compiling").
Detailed Body: The body of your question must include all necessary details:
What you are trying to achieve.
What steps you have already taken.
Any error messages, logs, or relevant configuration details (formatted using code blocks).
One Question Per Thread: Each new discussion should address only one distinct technical or operational question. Do not combine multiple unrelated topics.
2. Providing an Answer (The "A")
When responding to a question, aim for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
Be Specific and Helpful: Provide direct, factual, and actionable solutions or explanations. If offering a partial answer, state clearly what is still missing.
Cite Sources: If your answer relies on external documentation or knowledge, include a reference link.
Avoid Hypotheticals: Only post answers if you are reasonably certain of their correctness. Avoid using the Q&A format for pure speculation or opinion.
3. Discussion Management
Maintain a clear and resolved status for discussions.
Accept the Answer: If you are the original poster and a response successfully solves your issue, please mark that response as the Answer. This helps future users quickly find the solution and archives the discussion as resolved.
Follow-up Questions: If you have a follow-up question that directly relates to the original issue, you may continue the thread. If the follow-up is a new, distinct issue, please create a new Q&A thread.
No Unrelated Chat: Do not use this section for general conversation, compliments, feature requests (use the "Ideas" or "Brainstorming" category), or bug reports (use the "Issues" tracker).
4. Conduct
All interactions must remain professional, respectful, and focused on problem-solving.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor. Personal attacks, sarcasm, or aggressive language will not be tolerated.
Accessibility: Use standard English and clear formatting. Use Markdown and code blocks for technical output (logs, code snippets).
Your cooperation ensures that this Q&A section remains a valuable and efficient resource for the entire ZeroG Studio community.
