I want to develop an ASR that can be quickly transcribed on Apple Intel devices. Which installation method should I choose?

The installation method depends on the hardware you want to use. If you need maximum performance or have an accelerator like CoreML or a GPU, build from source. If you only need standard CPU transcription on Apple-Intel, the prebuilt wheels are fine.
