AICA Core v4.4.1

Version 4.4.1 is small a patch to AICA Core that resolves a loading issue when opening existing applications.

AICA Studio

In addition to the application loading fix, this patch includes additional improvements to disable non-functional download options when Studio is embedded in an iframe (e.g., when used with AICA Launcher) and revise the display format for AICA logos, placeholder text and core components and controller descriptions.
