Core Vision Components v1.1.1

Version 1.1.1 of the core-vision package has now been released. This version resolves outstanding issues present in the previous minor versions, the reason for which we decided to immediately deprecate and remove versions 1.0.0 and 1.1.0. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommand all users upgrade to this version as of now.

The core-vision package includes a component to produce a video stream from generic camera devices as well as a set of pose detection components from fiducial markers (ArUco and STag).
