Optional tool: Bulk importer of plastics

Tool for bulk importing of plastics data from spreadsheets!

- client app, requires API key with 'plastics.create' right
- gets token through API key auth
- reads excel file and creates plastics through API
- transparent output about:
  - invalid rows
  - failed insers (e.g. conflict!)
