[FEATURE] Ability to exclude releaseDateTime field of iOS and macOS VPP apps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not sure what's happening, it doesn't look like a bug, more like a "feature" from MS.
I've been observing weird "changes" of releaseDateTime field on most (all?) of our iOS and macOS VPP apps since mid July. It keeps resetting from an actual release date to "0001-01-01T00:00:00Z" and back every other night or so, and those "changes" unnecessarily spam backup commits.

Describe the solution you'd like
If it's MS feature, I'd like a possibility to exclude releaseDateTime field from backups, just like VPPusedLicenseCount for example.

Also seeing this behaviour, so an exclude for the release date would be ideal.
