Urban Chaos - HUD fix

First of all, thank you for making that widescreen fix. It surely makes this hidden gem more enjoyable.

It would be very nice if you could fix the HUD stretching in Urban Chaos. It doesn't even have to scale correctly to the aspect ratio's borders, just prevent it from the ugly stretching when using anything else than 4:3.

Actually fixing the HUD is way more complicated than the rest of elements I fix, that's why usually I never touch it. Will see if anyone can help me on this :)
