This folder contains code to generate the main figures of the paper:

Notebooks:

Figure_dataset_generation.ipynb contains a walk-through of the entire data generation process, starting from pen-tip trajectories up to spindle firing rates.
Figure_behavioral_synthetic_data_comparison.ipynb shows the comparison between synthetic and behavioral data.
Figure_task_performance.ipynb shows the task performance of each task.
Figure_correlation.ipynb shows the correlation between neural prediction and task-performance.
Figure_umap.ipynb shows the UMAP embedding for the active and passive neural prediction.
