Compacting status never appears in TUI

Description

The TUI has logic for a compacting session state, but the compaction flow never sets session.time.compacting.
As a result, running /compact only shows generic busy/working behavior and never a distinct compacting state.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a session with enough history that /compact takes a few seconds.
2. Run /compact.
3. Watch the session status during the summarize pass.
4. Notice there is no compacting state shown, only the normal busy/working state.
