SUMMARY

UI : Configured OOBM Mangement and HA provider details are not being shown

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Navigate to Infrastructure >hosts
2. Configure out of band management ( by providing the following details )

3. Enabled out of band management

4. Click on Configure out of band management to check the details, the details are not shown

Expected behaviour

From a UI perspective admin user should be able to view the configured OOBM details

In eariler version of cloudstack there used to be HA tab and Out of Band Management tab

@kiranchavala I have not seen this in 4.17.2.0 Can you specify earlier version?
