Zone Field Floats When Scrolling Down in Compute Offering Form

problem

When editing or creating a Compute Offering, if a Zone is selected and the user scrolls down the form, the Zone field floats along with the cursor instead of staying in its fixed position.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Navigate to Service offerings -> Compute offerings
2. Click on 'Add compute offering' button
3. Select a Zone
4. Scroll up/down the input form

What to do about it?

The Zone field should remain fixed in its original position within the form layout.

I think this is due to multi-select nature of the select component. If the dropdown is closed after selection then it should be fine
