Character encoding in bunde:list on Windows platform

I have tested then new karaf-4.4.9 (RC1) tag on Windows. The encoding of the table characters | in bundle:list seems to be wrong. See lower part of the screenshot below:

It works fine on MacOS and Linux:

  Apache Karaf (4.4.9-SNAPSHOT)

Hit '<tab>' for a list of available commands
and '[cmd] --help' for help on a specific command.
Hit '<ctrl-d>' or type 'system:shutdown' or 'logout' to shutdown Karaf.

I have reproduced this on Windows Terminal (CMD) and MinGW with ZSH.

I will try to find out which commit causes this issue.
Commit 081a65a (before jline upgrade) still works fine.
Now building b84f12e (jline upgrade). It's broken.

As noted on the mailing list, I think this is related to jline/jline3@d6e84da#diff-8c774a9733801326bbd36cb379143871ad110c28de3bac8232951fb1c2c520e4L83 -- perhaps we need the way we are setting up JLine?

I Will check. I already tuned the way the terminal is loaded to take the Jansi one.

As a workaround for 4.4.9 release, chcp 65001 in karaf.bat could be used (not sure if this has side effects, but works for me now).

I think we can set this on the Karaf Terminal. I will do that for 4.4.10.
