private fork using amqprs due to its better use strace profile, and
cleaned up some of the internals (such as getting rid of pin-project,
etc.).
Is this something you'd be generally open to merge into upstream? amqprs
would mean that the crate would become Tokio-only though. Not sure if this
is something you are alright with.
