BUG: Headshot hitbox is too high #45

We calculate the headshot hitbox by taking the top 10% of the overall player cylindrical hitbox. I guess because it extends upward from the model, it doesn't look realistic. However the player model is at the right height. I am not sure how to fix this other than increasing the head hitbox size, which makes headshots way too easy.
