MacOS Safari browser not showing extension control

Is there a recommended browser that should be used or should this work with the MacOS browser of Safari?

I got the following from one of the developers since implementing the control:

Upon opening any ADO ticket in Safari (the default macOS browser), the Classification block no longer shows. Sometimes you will see it briefly load (like a micro second), but then completely blank. I can see this part of the ticket in Chrome, but some using Windows have told me it was not appearing also in MS Edge as well (I cannot confirm that).
