Content Element inside container not update tstamp from containing Page after save

When you normally edit a content element, the SYS_LASTCHANGED timestamp of the page is updated. However, this does not happen when the content element is located inside a container element.

This is problematic if you rely on the page’s last-changed timestamp for an API, for example, to check when a page was last modified.
