I am interested in using NextFlow to run Breseq, are there any plans to build nf-core modules for Breseq functions?

Thanks for the question!

We don't have any plans to develop a NextFlow module ourselves (we tend to use Snakemake in our lab for pipelines), but we are happy to support anyone who wants to create one and might be able to help with maintaining one.

Thanks! My team at DTU Biosustain / BRIGHT is very interested in having Breseq in the Nextflow ecosystem, I will come back with a plan for doing so.
