implement git wip info

Should print wip branch name and number of commits on it.

Maybe something like this....

$ git wip info
wip/topic is 5 commits ahead of topic

this is done on cpp-rewrite branch.

branch cpp-rewrite has 1 wip commit on refs/wip/cpp-rewrite
