[Bug] Unexpeted host shutdown retains pid, qmp, and sock files

Describe the bug
Unexpeted host shutdown retains pid, qmp, and sock files. This causes VM status to be falsely listed as RUNNING.

Expected behavior
If PID has already finished, macpine should autoamtically clean up these artefacts and inform the user that the VM is stopped
