plot.breakpointsfull(): plot the original time series #16
Description
At the moment, plotting a breakpoints object plots the diagnostics for the break number selection. That is useful, but most users expect to see their time series and the breaks on top of them.
Implement a type switch, with which we can switch between the diagnostics plot and the time series plot, and implement the time series plot.
